6/28/07 Optimal Hosts ASAE’s Summer FBO Day

Optimal proudly hosted the ASAE’s Finance and Business Operations Section Roundtable on June 28th.

Back by popular demand, ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership’s FBO Section Council is planning another set of local brown bag lunch programs all over the country. These FREE facilitated discussions give FBO professionals a chance to network and compare successes and challenges with other professionals in their local area.

The first FBO Day program for Maryland FBO professionals will be on Thursday, June 28th, 2007.

This free program is an informal brown bag discussion for FBO professionals in Maryland is based off the “Effective Practices in Budgeting” session from this year’s Finance & Business Operations Symposium.

Budgeting can be a very frustrating and cumbersome process. We invite you to share your most common challenges encountered in the budgeting process, as well as your effective practices. Gain insight into new and different ways to think about your budget by hearing what is and is not working for your peers. Join us to gain new perspectives and learn about valuable tools to aid you in your budgeting process.
