Client Sites – DC Metro Area

As a Deskside Support Specialist, you will go on-site with our clients in the Washington DC metropolitan area to address a wide range of computer issues (slowness, hardware issues, trouble connecting to resources, monitors, printers) to user management (such as password resets or adjustment of group membership in Active Directory, or new user onboarding).

Client Sites – DC Metro Area

As an Onsite Network Engineer you will provide onsite support services via regular proactive visits to your assigned clients in the DC area.

You will work closely with clients to ensure their network infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently, and that system changes are documented promptly. You will take a hands-on approach to troubleshoot and resolve network issues onsite.

Hybrid – DC Metro Area

The Procurement Specialist plays a key role in Optimal’s client delivery process by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology purchasing — from quoting to fulfillment. The position requires balancing cost control, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth internal workflows. 

You will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and managing hardware, software, and licensing for client environments and internal operations. Apply here!

Hybrid – DC Metro Area

As an Optimal SupportCenter Specialist, you will provide remote support services for our clients.

In this hybrid role you will gather the client’s information and determine the customer’s issue by analyzing the symptoms and determining the underlying problem. You will be troubleshooting a wide variety of issues and supporting a huge range of operating environments.
