As an Optimal Project Manager your role is to oversee project delivery and ensure that client expectations are met.

As an Onsite Network Engineer you will provide onsite support services via regular scheduled proactive visits to your assigned clients in the DC area.

You will work closely with clients to ensure their network infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently, and that system changes are documented promptly. You will take a hands-on approach to troubleshoot and resolve network issues onsite.
