How to Disconnect from Technology for the Holidays

If you are reading this, you are connected. You are sitting at your desk or somewhere staring at a laptop, tablet or phone screen. And you, my friend, are not in the minority.

For years, companies were obsessed with making smarter devices that were portable so that we could connect to our work life from anywhere, at any time.

We bought them in droves, bragging to our friends that we were the kings and queens of multi-tasking, responding to work emails while we carved the turkey, trimmed the tree or lit the menorah.

But then it got to be too much…
