Did Apple Release the Apple Watch Before It Was Ready?

Like thousands all over the world, I was excited for Apple’s product announcement on Sept. 9. After all, I wanted an “iWatch,” like, yesterday.

But like thousands watching worldwide, I was more than a little disappointed.

What did they do? They released a slightly better looking watch than their competitors–that still requires a phone to fully function. Plus, they were vague about the release date, saying “sometime early next year.”

The Apple Watch requires either an iPhone 5c, 5s, 6 or 6 Plus to function and prices start at $349. When you add that to the $500 to $600 cost of an iPhone, you are looking at a pretty pricey accessory. And for what?…
