AI Consulting Services

AI Foundations Service
Research shows that 95% of organizations have seen no measurable return on their AI investment. Only 16% of employees strongly agree that AI tools provided by their company are useful, and 80% of AI users are using their own personal tools in the workplace..
Put simply: most corporate AI implementations have not been particularly successful so far. We intend to disrupt these odds.
Our 6-month consulting engagement, AI Foundations, was designed to get your team using the right tools in the right ways, all while building buy-in and consensus.
1 - Prepare
We’ll start by evaluating your goals and readiness. Through interviews and technical discovery we’ll clarify your AI strategy, compelling use cases, existing toolset, data hygiene, and risk tolerance. We’ll identify any gaps for remediation, and build your AI use policy.
2 - Experiment
Next we’ll help you identify a group of AI champions within your team. We’ll train them on policy, goals, and how to experiment effectively. A pilot will begin where they’ll explore, pressure-test, and document their work with the expert guidance of our CIO Consultants.
3 - Implement
Then we’ll begin a controlled, methodical roll-out to your entire team. We’ll enable AI components in your existing software, deploy custom applets, and provide resources to guide secure, effective, proper use. We’ll also outline future development efforts.

Combatting Shadow AI
When 80% of employees across all generations are bringing their own AI tools into the workplace, “shadow AI” becomes a real threat to data privacy.
Shadow AI refers to unauthorized and unmanaged AI tools that are interacting with your organization’s data or technology systems. IBM’s Cost of a Data Breach Report found that 1 in 5 data breaches involved shadow AI over the past year.
Mitigating this risk requires a clear use policy and an objective needs analysis. Both of these steps are built into the first phase of our AI Foundations service.
Feeling pressure to adopt AI? Trying to clean up the aftermath of a stunted implementation? We can take the reins.
