The Alliance for Workplace Excellence names Optimal as winner of 2012 Workplace Excellence Award
Rockville, MD, May 7, 2012—Optimal Networks, Inc. has been selected to receive the Workplace Excellence Award for the fifth year in a row. The Alliance for Workplace Excellence recognized Optimal as a 2012 visionary employer for creating an environment in which employees experience personal and professional fulfillment. Optimal Networks is among a very small group of award winners which will accept this award on June 11, 2012 at a special luncheon at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Bethesda, Md.
Optimal was chosen for the award for its innovative corporate culture and management practices, workforce demographics, employee engagement and retention programs, workplace benefits and rewards, family-friendly policies, strong employee health and wellness initiatives, comprehensive growth and learning opportunities, and commitment to corporate social responsibility and employee volunteerism.
