The Alliance for Workplace Excellence names Optimal as winner of 2010 Workplace Excellence Award
GAITHERSBURG, MD, May 3, 2010—Optimal Networks, Inc. has been selected to receive the Workplace Excellence Award for the third year in a row. The Alliance for Workplace Excellence recognized Optimal in 2008, 2009, and now in 2010, as a visionary employer for its efforts in creating an environment in which employees experience personal and professional fulfilment. Optimal Networks is among a very small group of award winners which will accept this award on June 1, 2010 at a special luncheon at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Bethesda, Md.
Optimal was chosen for the award for its supportive corporate culture and management practices, family-friendly policies, strong employee health and wellness initiatives, comprehensive growth and learning opportunities, and commitment to corporate social responsibility and employee volunteerism.
