Optimal’s COO Chosen as Top Area Leader by SmartCEO Magazine

Rockville, MD–David Campbell, Optimal’s Chief Operating Officer, has been recognized as one of 10 top COOs in the DC metro area and one of 40 local executive team management honorees by Washington SmartCEO magazine. He was selected based on his contributions to the ongoing innovation at Optimal Networks and his commitment to building a diverse, talented, and motivated team.
“David has been instrumental in creating our corporate culture, retaining strong talent, and maintaining the highest client service standards,” said Heinan Landa, CEO of Optimal Networks. “He created our current bonus program which directly ties individual performance to team performance to organizational performance and continues to innovate across many areas in our organization.”
