For many of us, “selling” has a negative connotation — it means forcing people to buy things they don’t necessarily need or want. So when we ask other people on our organizations to help bring on new business, they usually resist.
If we shift our paradigms, though, we can begin to leverage a much larger portion of our team to help grow our businesses in a way where, as we like to say at Optimal, everyone benefits.
