As a SiteGuard client, you can choose from two levels of service:
Level I SiteGuard clients receive:

Hosting— Optimal will host your website at a secure Rackspace facility. Ninety-nine percent reliability means that the days of worrying if your website is “down” are over.

Monitoring — Your website will be continuously monitored for operability; if something should happen, our team knows—and responds—right away.

Ongoing Backup — In addition to the nightly backup regimen our hosting provides, we implement a separate backup schedule. Two backups translate to a better night’s sleep.

Site and Extension Patching — Every month, Optimal checks your Joomla platform and any extensions that you have purchased to see if there are any patches or updates. Then, we apply them to make sure your site stays current.
Level II SiteGuard clients receive:
Everything included in Level I, plus a set number of hours per month dedicated to website changes. This includes additional support, training, copywriting, administration, and design adjustments. Plus, if you don’t use all of the hours allotted for the month, they roll over to the next month (they drop at the end of a calendar quarter).
