As an Optimal Sentrysm client, you will receive consistent, pre-scheduled monthly visits from your dedicated Optimal engineer. During each visit, your engineer will review your core network systems to help catch and prevent problems before they become catastrophes. Visits can also be used for:

As the Chief Financial Officer for a large consulting firm, I manage the administrative side of the company — finance, HR, accounting, strategic planning and IT. Nine years ago, when we hired Optimal and became Sentry clients, the IT portion of my job got a lot easier.

The Sentry model works for us. It provides the routine support we need in a cost effective manner. But more than that, Optimal understands our complex office environment — large design file storage and transmission needs, multiple offices, and remote users. They help maintain and support our unique systems and offer advice on how and where to spend technology dollars strategically.

We are assigned a dedicated engineer who makes regular visits at a frequency negotiated with Optimal. We provide a list of issues for our Optimal engineer to address during these visits and everything gets taken care of. And, as Sentry clients, our system gets regularly reviewed. This means Optimal proactively conducts server health checks and antivirus, anti-spyware, firewall, and other security checks to ensure we are all protected.
