Quick Access HelpThe Quick Access feature is available to all Optimal Networks clients. Depending on which services you have subscribed to, you can:
- Access the Optimal Member Site: Enter and Track Computer Issues, See the work we've done, Review invoices, and so on
- Access your computer remotely via the LogMeIn service
- Access your spam filtering program to release blocked email, manage your passlist, and so forth
- Access your company email via the web
- and even access specific websites that are specific to your organization.
Just click on the icon that represents the service you would like to access, and you will be taken there.
