We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic, adaptable person that brings high performance standards to our company to help us grow our Client Services team.
As a Client Service Executive, you will be the key person maintaining our client relationships. You will develop strategic relationships with client contacts at all levels to fully understand the client's business and ensure that Optimal's service meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. You will be on hand to capture any issues the clients may have and follow them through to their resolution. You will work with our engineers to help upgrade and improve the clients' systems and implement simple and sophisticated technology upgrade projects as a project co-leader. Ultimately you will be responsible for maintaining the close partnership between Optimal Networks and our clients which is the hallmark of our service.
You will need
- Stellar abilities to take initiative and work flexibly within a team environment.
- Excellent ability to engage top-level executives regarding business investments and solutions.
- Honesty and integrity in all dealings.
- Inclination towards technology and excellent understanding of basic office automation software.
- Previous client management and project management experience, preferably with a small business, in a service oriented role.
- Understanding of how information technologies, properly employed, can help businesses acheive their goals.
- Desire to be in, and learn about, the information technology industry.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks effectively.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle.
