A Note from Our President, Heinan Landa:

Welcome to Optimal Networks' website! Eighteen years ago I had an idea: develop a technology solutions company that is service-oriented. With my engineering and business background, I knew that this combination could benefit organizations of all sizes. Since then, we've done just that-delivered outstanding technology expertise with Optimal's unique, top-shelf client service to benefit many clients in the DC metropolitan area.
And, it has been fun. We've created a supportive and energizing corporate culture where each team member (a.k.a. "Optimalite") has developed a loyalty and commitment to Optimal's mission and clients. The result? Our clients receive the highest level of service from folks who know the industry, know the technology and are having fun.
Optimal wouldn't be what it is without the people. In fact, in one of my favorite management books, Jim Collins' Good to Great, he notes that it is important to have the right people on the bus if you are going to become and remain a great company. Optimal has a growing bus full of the right people - and we are getting noticed. In 2008 and in 2009, the Alliance for Workplace Excellence selected Optimal as a winner of the Workplace Excellence Award.
We look forward to delivering technological innovation, the standard in client service and some fun to your organization.
A Note from Our COO, David Campbell:

When I joined the Optimal team more than eight years ago, I knew that I was joining a well-respected technology solutions organization that emphasized client service. What I didn't know was that I would make lifelong friends, enjoy every moment spent in the office and commit myself 100% to a company that had committed itself to me.
The best part is that the entire Optimal team feels exactly the same way. Heinan and I have worked diligently to make this happen-to create a fun and supportive corporate culture where every team member knows their value to the company. As a result of this unique environment, we recruit and attract the cream of the crop-talented, dedicated people who comprehensively understand our customers, their technology and their industries.
I am so excited that Optimal was named a Workplace Excellence Award winner (twice!). The world now knows what Optimal employees have always known-that we are an innovative company that cares about people. This unique workplace environment allows us to provide clients with the best service possible; after all, happy employees excel in customer service! I look forward to Optimal Networks' promising future-to strengthening our commitment to excellence in all that we do for the company, for our employees and for our clients.
A Few Words from the Optimalites:
"Many good companies boast about their passion for providing high-quality service; Optimal's passion for service is real. It lives in every part of our company's culture. I could hear it in my conversations with my team members during my initial interview, see it during my first outing at the bi-annual Optimal Spirit Day event, taste it in the eggs and sausage served during our weekly company breakfasts, and I feel it every morning when I walk into work. There is just something special about this place and the people here. Winning the Workplace Excellence Award truly epitomizes what we are trying to do here, what it means to be a part of Optimal Networks."
"Winning the Workplace Excellence Award is a public acknowledgement of the culture that has caused me to grow as both a professional and as a person in this special place. I know that my Optimal teammates--whether they work from the office or are out in the field as consultants-- are always there to support and work with me. This award is confirmation of something that Optimal employees feel each day-that it is great to be a part of Optimal Networks!"
