David Campbell highlights advantages of employee-oriented culture in The Entrepreneurship Institute's President's Forum.
David Campbell, Director of Operations at Optimal Networks, joined more than 50 local business leaders at The Entrepreneurship Institute's President's Forum of MetroWashington to discuss the challenges of growing and maintaining your business. Specifically, David detailed how corporate culture can become the core strength of any business and enable the organization to prosper even during the most challenging of times.
