Optimal Participates in TEI's President's Forum, November 14, 2007

David Campbell highlights advantages of employee-oriented culture in The Entrepreneurship Institute's President's Forum.

David Campbell, Director of Operations at Optimal Networks, joined more than 50 local business leaders at The Entrepreneurship Institute's President's Forum of MetroWashington to discuss the challenges of growing and maintaining your business. Specifically, David detailed how corporate culture can become the core strength of any business and enable the organization to prosper even during the most challenging of times. To better understand this idea, Mr. Campbell explained how he has helped create and maintain Optimal Networks' culture and the benefits it has provided to the whole company. David then assisted the attendees by defining how to develop a corporate culture, how to keep employees focused on the culture so they will support the business' critical goals, and how to keep employees motivated in the long term.
